You may have heard the saying that you are what you eat, it is true to a certain extent. Oily and strong smelling foods like garlic, onions, and curry often lead to bad body odor. By avoiding these foods you can be assured of bad body odor being decreased.

3. Antibacterial soap

This is one of the best ways you can get rid of the smelly bacteria that is the root cause for bad body odor. Try using an antibacterial soap on a daily basis or after physically taxing work.

4. Reduce Caffeine

Caffeine has been proven to stimulate the sweat glands making you sweat more than you should. So try reducing your Coffee, tea and cola intake as all contain a great amount of caffeine.

5. Seek medical attention
