Accommodation Technician

Edu-inter, a French immersion school for foreign students, has just celebrated its 16 years of experience this year and is looking for personnel for the summer of 2024!

Edu-inter is a united and dynamic team that will provide you with the necessary support throughout the period of your employment!

The selected person will have the main task of managing the placement of our teens in our university residences; ensure efficient occupancy, closely monitor teens’ room occupancies.

The objective being to know at all times where each teen is placed based on their program dates. The person will be in regular contact with both the in-house accommodation team and the university residence managers.

This position involves a few hours of work on weekends, arrival and departure times.

The selected person will use the school CRM to manage the information necessary for their functions. Necessary training will be provided.

Details

• $18.00 to $19.50 per hour depending on experience
• 20 to 40 hours per week – Full time, Part time

• Level of studies: Collegiate
• Diploma: Not determined
• Years of experience: Not determined
• Written languages: Intermediate French / English
• Spoken languages: French – Advanced / English – Intermediate
• A true “problem solving” approach
• Great ability to work under pressure
• Great ability to work independently
• Rigor and thoroughness
• Comfortable working several hours in front of a computer
