Accountant – Full Cycle / Finalization

Job Summary

• Perform the Company’s account up to finalization.
• Verse knowledge in setting the accounting system, policies, and procedures.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Purchase Order & Invoicing.

• Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting activities.
• Reporting to: Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Excellent computer skills on MS Office
• Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
• Ability to multi task
• Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
