Job Description
- Min. 3-5 yrs of Accounting/Finance Experience in UAE
- Expertise in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
- MS Suite
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Handle full set of accounts/ finance independently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) - Vendor Bills, Payment reconciliations and follow-ups
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) - Invoicing, collections. follow-ups and strong on recovering outstanding payments from customers.
- Follow-up with customers and ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare financial statements, reports and analysis
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure VAT compliance, VAT Return filing, and documentation
- Ensure Corporate Tax compliance, filing , and documentation
- Process journal entries and ensure proper accounting of all transactions
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit
- Handle payroll, staff advances, expense claims and related accounting
- Use accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or any other similar) for day-to-day accounting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision making
