We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support customer payment follow-ups and vendor registrations. This is a coordination and communication role, an accounting background isn’t required.

What You’ll Do
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email.
- Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process our invoices and payments.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation.
- Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates.
- Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed.
- Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
- The ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination.
- Experience with Salesforce and Business Central.
