Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office, including maintaining cleanliness, managing meeting room schedules, and greeting visitors or corporate partners.
Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies, stationery, pantry provisions, and corporate printed materials while keeping precise budget and inventory records.
Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for company trade licenses, corporate agreements, vehicle registrations, and employee-related admin records.
Assist the HR team in preparing and processing documentation for employee.
Liaise with maintenance contractors, utilities, internet providers, and building management to resolve any facilities-related issues promptly.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flight itineraries, and transportation for executive management, international recruits, or corporate visitors.
Provide administrative support to the Operations, HR, and Finance departments by preparing petty cash summaries, formatting internal memos, and handling incoming/outgoing courier dispatches.
