We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support, coordinate interviews and meetings, manage correspondence, and assist with daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with employees and departments.
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good English communication skills.
- Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
