What you will do:
Job Purpose:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to assigned business units, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed standards. Contribute to a well-organized and effective working environment while continuously developing professional skills and capabilities to support future growth.
- Service Delivery: Ensure all administrative services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
- Scheduling Support: Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments to optimize time management and operational efficiency.
- Office and Relationship Management: Maintain a professional office environment and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and handle documentation in a structured and confidential manner, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company policies.
- Team Support: Assist colleagues in improving performance by providing administrative support and collaborating on daily tasks, as directed by the Line Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a well-rounded combination of practical experience, technical expertise, and strong business acumen, including:
- A degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, ideally supported by relevant professional certifications.
- A proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, with a proactive approach to identifying and communicating potential risks or delays.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse cultures and environments.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to high ethical standards, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes while building strong internal and external partnerships.
