Admissions Officer

The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Admissions Officer to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About The Role

As Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families. You'll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrolment and onboarding. Your goal will be to provide a warm, professional and personalised experience for every family, ensuring each interaction reflects our school's values and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.
• Coordinate all aspects of school visits and trial days.
• Guide families through the application and enrolment process.
• Prepare offer letters and manage acceptances, forms, payments, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and manage admissions data and reports.
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students and families.
• Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.
• Meet key performance indicators for enquiry response, visits, and conversions.

Selection Process

Applicants should submit a CV, letter of application and the details of two professional referees, one of which should be your current Head Teacher/Principal/Line Manager.
