About The Role

Fuller Technologies (FZE) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Agent Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution, accuracy, and compliance of transactions across our global agent network. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, improving data accuracy, and strengthening collaboration across multiple business entities.

About The Department

You will join the global Business Excellence team, focused on enhancing compliance, transparency, and efficiency across our international agent and reseller ecosystem. The team plays a key role in enabling scalable growth and operational consistency across regions.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of agent- and reseller-related transactions while proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth order processing across global operations.
  • Review, validate, and process agent claims, commissions, rebates, credits, and related transactions in accordance with contractual agreements, company policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between agents, distributors, and internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal teams to ensure effective collaboration and operational alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, audit trails, and reporting related to agent activities, orders, claims, commissions, and operational performance metrics.
  • Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and detailed operational analyses to improve visibility, support business decision-making, and enhance tracking and transparency across channel operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across ERP, CRM, and operational systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, governance standards, contractual obligations, and established commercial procedures across all agent-related activities.
  • Support onboarding, operational setup, and ongoing management of agents and channel partners across multiple business entities and international regions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and issue resolution across global teams and time zones to support seamless operational execution.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, workflow bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist with process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementation of best practices to improve operational consistency and governance.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation and responding to operational and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Participate in system enhancements, reporting improvements, automation initiatives, and operational transformation projects designed to improve productivity and process efficiency.
  • Escalate operational risks, discrepancies, or compliance concerns appropriately and support timely corrective action and resolution.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

You bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in multinational, multi-entity environments
  • Exposure to working across multiple time zones
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish)
