Job Description

We are currently seeking a AI & Data Analyst , reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI & Data Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions. The role will focus on extracting insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across engineering, operations, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems.
• Perform predictive, prescriptive, and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and data analytics tools to automate data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Support the implementation of Generative AI and automation initiatives using modern AI platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and recommendations for management.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Data Analytics are an advantage.
  
  
  

Required Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred.
• Experience in developing predictive models, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
