This is an open profile, not a fixed job description. Maybe you ship marketing at the speed of a whole team using generative tools. Maybe you build internal tools and automations that save everyone hours. Maybe you are a generalist who wires AI into whatever needs it. If you are the person friends call when they want to know what is actually possible now, we want to talk.

What you will do

• Bring AI into the work: marketing content, automations, internal tools, data or code, wherever you create the most leverage.
• Build and ship fast: prototype, test, and put things live rather than writing decks about them.
• Raise the whole team's speed: share what you learn so AI tooling lifts everyone, not just you.
• Define your own lane: help us shape where this role sits, based on where you are strongest.
  
  

Who you are

• Genuinely AI-native: you already use modern AI tools daily and know their limits, not just the hype.
• Technical enough to build: marketing automation, no-code or low-code, scripting, or real coding.
• A generalist and a fast learner: you move across disciplines and pick up new tools quickly.
• Self-driven; you ship without waiting for a detailed brief.
• Fluent English. A portfolio, repo or examples of what you have built with AI matters more than a CV.
