Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Arabic Speaking Executive – Cargo Service to join our client’s air cargo customer service operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting cargo operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and airline partners. This role requires prior experience in a customer service or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to air cargo operations
  • Provide accurate information on shipment status, bookings, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate with operations, airline partners, and logistics teams
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards
  • Support shift-based operational requirements

Requirements

    • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
    • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
    • Experience in air cargo, airline, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation preferred
    • Strong communication and customer handling skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detai
    • Experience with cargo/airline systems or CRM tools
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Customer-first mindset with professional attitude
    • Candidates must be based in the UAE
