Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present project designs, including concept sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
• Prepare detailed plans and specifications for construction, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction adheres to the architectural plans and specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and new technologies to ensure innovative and compliant designs.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure (RA) or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
