Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior design / fit-out company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Convert 3D renders and sketches into precise technical drawings.
• Create detailed shop drawings for all interior items.
• Assist in BOQ preparation and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
• Collaborate with engineers/designers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years working as an Architectural Draftsman in an interior fit-out company in Dubai.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of materials and finishes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Available to join immediately.
• Ability to travel or commute to the job location in Al Quoz
