Responsibilities
Assemble equipment according to engineered drawings and established procedures, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Inspect completed components for quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper maintenance of company-supplied tools.
Contribute to the development and improvement of assembly procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
Operate various equipment and machinery required for the assembly process.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Skills
Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Qualifications
Fresh graduate
High School or Diploma
