Key Responsibility:
Revenue and Business:
- Revenue delivery ownership for the accounts by for Commercial IT segment defined for platform team.
- Develop quarterly sales plan Customer *brand * PG wise and ensure best client's offerings are provided to the customers.
- Drive adoption for all the partners on the platform for Stock and Sell SKU’s under all Business units
- Drive KPI’s for number of transacting partners, Improving overall reach and frequency of transaction

- Candidate should have experience in sales pipeline management with SMB and Midmarket partners in Project led setups.
- Be a visionary and evangelist in setting up new processes for Back to Back businesses, Cloud, renewals and software businesses across brands
Category Management:
· Create inventory requirement forecast as per current sales trends to make sure top sellers are always in stock
· Collaborate with PG teams for ensuring pricing & availability is always up to date
· Secures online first - new brand selection for multiple subcategories
· Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for multiple subcategories
· Come up with recommendations on driving incremental revenue or margin by building rationale for cross sell, up sell, higher margin products from total available assortment.
Customer Led:
· Create customer cohorts - use customer data analysis to come up with cohorts which are mutually exclusive & collectively exhaustive basis lifetime purchase data by brand, product lines, revenue, margin
· Owner of merchandising / catalog on the platform by customer cohorts through digital CRM campaigns
· Help the partner eco-system transition to online commerce by coming up with insights which can help drive the behavior change led by strong proposition for the customers
· Track and analyze product assortment, category performance and path to purchase. As well as, product reviews, cross-sell functionalities performance and market competition trends identifying opportunities to drive purchase and creating customer-centric web merchandising decisions
· Enhance the customers purchase and search journey keeping in mind business/vendor marketing strategy
Stakeholder Management:
· Collaborate with platform development and brand (product) team understanding their vision and provide quantitative and qualitative insights
· Collaborate with CRM team to activate campaigns based on merchandising calendar
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery in the UAE.Work with regional cluster sales teams and Business teams to align and drive common business objectives.
Education
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Academic qualification or professional training and sales experience is required.
Experience
- The ideal candidate for this role will be 5+ years’ experience in Enterprise sales or having Infrastructure/software/ security sales background from the vendor or distribution industry
- Should be able to adapt in UAE market
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Understanding the customer needs and latest market trends
- Plan and execute on stocking and sell outs
- Follow ups with stake holders on lead, forecasting, follow ups, sales closing
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists. The candidate should be able to “sell” ideas and processes internally at all levels.
