You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for assisting in the overseeing of the Housekeeping Operations to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You are responsible to assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operation of the Housekeeping and Butlers Department and guide and develop a committed multicultural team to ensure the impeccable DC standards are met in all areas.Assists in the oversight of the daily shift operations of Housekeeping. Works with colleagues to ensure property guestrooms, public space and colleagues' areas are clean and well maintained.Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action.Ensuring guest and colleague satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.You’ll also participate in the management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
