Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor and track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and maintenance logs
- Conduct regular inspections of company assets to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures
- Provide support to the Maintenance Coordinator in managing the maintenance budget and controlling costs
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of maintenance staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper maintenance of company assets and facilities
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and make recommendations for improvement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the facility management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
