With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping to join at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral spart of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper with the planning, organization, daily operation, and supervision of the overall housekeeping department, this includes overseeing the maintenance and presentation of guest villas, guest rooms, and public areas across the resort, while managing pantries and housekeeping stores to ensure operational efficiency .

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a background with strong attention to details and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure, manage colleagues from different backgrounds and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Proven hands-on experience with Forbes standards and LQA is essential.Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
