Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards across all assigned retail stores, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional displays.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising techniques, display standards, and product presentation to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
• Manage inventory of visual merchandising props, fixtures, and signage, ensuring availability and optimal utilization within budget constraints.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to understand the impact of visual merchandising efforts and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
• Stay abreast of current retail trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in visual merchandising to ensure our displays remain innovative and engaging.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and buying teams to align visual strategies with overall business objectives and product assortments.
• Ensure all visual displays comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings or store renovations from a visual merchandising perspective.
