We are seeking an exceptional Associate with 5+ years post-qualification experience to assist our team with the matters in the Middle East Region. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge deals that make headlines and help shape the region's business landscape.

Requirements

What We're Looking For


Essential Requirements:


- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;


- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials;


- Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions;


- Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice;


- English fluency (written and verbal) essential.


Highly Valued:


- Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;


- Arabic language skills (written and verbal);


- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution;


- Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
