Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time through Recruitment, Mobility, and Contingent Workforce Management.
As an Associate, TA Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Talent Acquisition services while supporting the continuous improvement of processes, systems, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives.
Service Strategy
- Understand the Talent Acquisition strategy and its contribution to Mubadala's objectives.
- Ensure day-to-day activities support and align with strategic priorities.
- Contribute ideas and insights that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and achieve their intended objectives, including:
- TA invoicing and financial administration.
- Mobility payroll administration and coordination.
- Global health insurance administration and governance.
- Contract management and vendor administration.
- TA management information, analytics, and reporting.
- Administration of recruitment and mobility systems.
- Data quality management and reporting governance.
- Monitoring service levels and operational performance metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Produce timely and accurate management information and operational reporting.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple internal systems and sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support business decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Support administration and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Mobility systems.
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Troubleshoot system and data-related issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Support implementation, testing, and enhancement of operational technologies and digital solutions.
- Drive opportunities for automation and process optimization through technology.
- Design, administer, and manage surveys using tools such as Microsoft Forms and other feedback platforms.
- Analyze survey data and produce actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support employee and stakeholder feedback initiatives that enhance service effectiveness and user experience.

To succeed within this role, you will bring a strong mix of operational, analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills, including:
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Operations, Shared Services, or a similar operational role.
- Experience managing payroll-related processes, health insurance administration, invoicing, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Experience administering HR systems, recruitment systems, and operational technologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, reporting automation, and data analysis.
- Strong Power BI expertise with the ability to design, develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and business reports.
- Experience integrating and connecting Power BI to internal systems and multiple data sources.
- Strong technical and IT acumen, with the ability to understand systems, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience working with Microsoft Forms and similar tools for survey design, administration, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong numerical aptitude and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Experience producing management information, operational reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven business insights.
- Strong data governance mindset with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and quality.
- Experience managing suppliers, contracts, invoices, service providers, and SLA performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience supporting process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and information.
