Associate - Unsecured Policy

Assisting retail credit policy function and portfolio to ensure process is being managed well.

The job requires ensuring end-to-end oversight into the credit cycle from sourcing, credit approval to collections for maintaining a healthy portfolio.

Ensure Post Approval Review is conducted as per approved process and there are no breaches on local and internal regulations.

Ensure Daily Disaster Report is reviewed and any breaches of local and internal regulations and highlighted.

Ensure adherence and effective updates and tracking of policy changes and tests for product performance assessment. Maintain a lot of all policy changes.

Ensure clear communication with all relevant units and documentation of all credit policy decisions.

Ensure that approved delegation and deviation matrix are in place.

Complete policy dept. RCSA in timely manner and ensure testing is performed for all policy functions in line with approved processes.

Analyze MIS to ensure quality of the portfolio with regards to risk and validate appropriateness of credit policies, as well as to monitor impact of changes in credit policies.

Ensure coordination with IT Team for developing policy parameters and logics for automation of different data reports.

Perform other duties or responsibilities that are assigned by the management.

Collection review for top delinquent accounts recently for recently booked applications and understanding drivers of delinquency

Portfolio review- have basic knowledge of Portfolio mix, Expat vs UAE, TML vs NTML, Salary transfer vs non-Salary transfer and basic understanding of performance metrices.

Preferably some internships are not necessarily in Banking sector

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

Communication skills and Finance academic background

Fresh UAE Nationals Graduates
