The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for overseeing production and site activities while also managing the daily time sheet of employees. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD software and the ability to effectively coordinate with the production team and site personnel.

Main Accountabilities.
- Production Oversight: Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and create accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with site personnel to gather information and ensure that drawings align with on-site conditions and requirements.
- Time Sheet Management: Maintain and update daily time sheets for employees, accurately recording their working hours and tasks performed.
- Quality Assurance: Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating technical drawings.
- Knowledge of drafting standards and practices.
- Knowledgeable of fabrications methods, carpentry, Steel, CNC and fit out.
- Ability to interpret and translate design requirements into accurate drawings.
- Familiarity with site conditions and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation and review.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for time sheet management and documentation.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the production team, site personnel, and suppliers.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address design and coordination challenges.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust drawings and plans based on changing project requirements.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
This role may involve frequent travel.
