Are you an ambitious, high-energy sales driver with a black book of corporate event planners, luxury brands, and private clientele in Dubai?

We are scouting a commercially astute Sales & Events Executive to spearhead corporate, social, and private buyouts for a vibrant, high-profile restaurant and bar concept in Dubai. This is a revenue-focused hunting role designed for a connector who thrives on closing deals, curating elevated dining experiences, and converting a strong local network into confirmed covers.

What You Will Do

• Drive commercial venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage your existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate MNC accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored bespoke proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and on-the-day client relationship management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of dedicated, proactive sales and business development experience within Dubai's upscale hospitality, nightlife, luxury venue, or event planning sectors.
• Network & Rolodex: A verified, active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private high-end hosts in the UAE.
• Commercial Drive: Proven ability to close contracts independently—not just coordinate operations or manage inbound reservations.
• Communication & Presence: Polished, articulate, and confident interpersonal skills suited to high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers. Fluent English is required (fluency in Russian or European languages is a strong advantage given key market demographics).
• Location: Currently based in the UAE with immediate market familiarity.
• Having networks within DIFC, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City (DMC), Dubai Internet City (DIC), Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) & Sheikh Zayed Road is big PLUS.
