- manage all tasks of service preparation, including stock control, meeting and briefings, promotion specs, menus, beverage lists, operating equipment
- ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislation
- fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- receive payments with correct preparation of bills and point of sale management
- actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
- complete the shift cash ups accurately and thoroughly
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
