Role Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering exceptional guest service. The role ensures consistency in drink preparation, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and contributes to creating a welcoming café/restaurant atmosphere.

Role Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering exceptional guest service. The role ensures consistency in drink preparation, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and contributes to creating a welcoming café/restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Prepares coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages in line with brand standards and recipes. Ensures consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Guest Service & Experience: Welcomes guests, takes orders efficiently, and provides knowledgeable recommendations. Ensures a warm, friendly, and engaging customer experience.
- Bar & Equipment Maintenance: Maintains cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and utensils. Follows hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitors stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables. Communicates replenishment needs and ensures items are properly stored and rotated.
- Cash Handling & POS Operations: Processes orders, handles payments accurately, and maintains a tidy work environment at the counter.
- Brand Standards & Consistency: Adheres to company SOPs, recipes, and service guidelines to maintain consistency across all beverages and guest interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
