Bartender

Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team and be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. The Bartender will also maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort!

Job Responsibility-

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers according to recipes and standards
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and delivering drink orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Monitor customer intake and report any issues or incidents to management
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar role
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good multitasking skills
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
