That is the rhythm of Le Café LPM. A neighbourhood café for the modern city, where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in Dubai. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table.
We are looking for a Bartender to own that.
Your Role
You run the bar, craft drinks with precision and speed, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making every guest feel like they ordered exactly the right thing. Morning shifts are part of the rhythm - coffee and tea service included.
Your Profile
1–2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment.
Awareness of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service in the UAE.
English is a must. French or another European language, even better.
Your Impacts
Craft & Product Knowledge: You know your spirits, your cocktails, and your coffee and tea. You prepare every drink to a standard that reflects the quality of the Le Café LPM experience.
Efficiency & Standards: You move fast during peak service without cutting corners. You keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant, and always ready.
Guest Interaction: You engage naturally, recommend with confidence, and make the bar feel like the best seat in the room.
Team Cohesion & Spirit: You work in sync with the floor and kitchen - always communicating, always supporting, always adding to the energy of the shift.
