What You’ll Be Doing

As a Beauty Trainee, you will sit at the intersection of training coordination, administration, and beauty operations, supporting the smooth execution of trainings and reporting across the GCC. A strong understanding and passion for makeup, fragrances, and beauty trends is important, you’ll will be closely exposed to niche fragrances, product education, and on-floor trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training sessions and logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, catering, and atelier setup

• Support product launches and on-floor training activities

• Assist with monthly regional reporting, presentations, and data collection

• Handle administrative coordination related to orders, personal allowances, gifting, and expenses

• Support English-to-Arabic translations and presentation creation

• Conduct market visits and gain exposure to retail teams and brand operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Passionate about beauty, makeup, and fragrances

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Creative eye with ability to support visual content, presentations, and training experiences

• Comfortable supporting events and operational execution

• Beginner-level Excel and reporting capabilities

• Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented personality
