Job Description
- Guest Assistance: Help guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms, explain room features and amenities.
- Delivery: Handle guest requests for deliveries, messages, or special items.
- Lobby Presence: Maintain an attentive presence in the lobby to assist guests.
- Valet Support: Provide support to valet services as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Physical fitness for lifting and moving luggage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
