Gleeds has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a self-starting, energetic and innovative person to fulfil this position. The Bid Co-ordinator is responsible for organising and producing proposals, presentations and related marketing materials while working closely with the Gleeds UAE leadership. The successful candidate will be skilled in managing multiple proposal responses, and be extremely organised.

As a Bid Coordinator you will:

• Respond to and coordinate the production of response to RFQs, RFPs and interview presentations, which can include technical writing, graphics and research.
• Act as CRM lead to ensure accurate data input
• Produce business development briefing reports as required
• Work with technical staff to develop proposal content and project information.
• Assist with tracking RFQ/RFP opportunities and maintain company bidding material.
• Develop, design and maintain marketing materials in print and electronic formats that represent the firm, including presentations, capability statements, brochures, special handouts, trade show materials, signage, etc.
• Prepare and maintain project experience, and staff resumes.
• Assist with marketing research as needed.
• Assist with special events preparation and attendance.

Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills

• A minimum of 2 two+ years of similar experience working for a construction, engineering, architecture or consulting firm.
• Currently living in UAE
• Proficiency in managing high volume multiple RFPs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Self-motivated
• Excellent command of Adobe software (e.g. InDesign or similar alternative)
• Ability to work within a deadline driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related discipline.

• Fluent English language
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify and prioritise risks.
• Clear, concise communicator – able to brief senior leadership and technical teams.
• Self‑starter, able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast‑moving client environment.
• Structured, methodical approach with good attention to detail.
