Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing building information models that provide a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated models.
• Produce detailed drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure design integrity and minimize errors.
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models.
• Ensure all BIM models adhere to established standards and protocols.
• Support project teams with BIM-related tasks and provide training as necessary.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and efficient modeling techniques.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
