Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams
  • Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in change management and training activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Certifications

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is a plus
