Secure new accounts and maintain existing portfolio to reach yearly gross margin objectives.
Follow up the sales leads generated from the network
Quoting new business opportunities and follow up
Issue SOP and implement the onboarded business
Preparing RFI and lead RFQ’s as bid owner
Connecting and working across several departments: operations, sales, tender management, procurement, network agents and finance
Follow up assigned account and update monthly/quarterly quotations and provide day to day commercial support
Put all sales activities/visits in the CRM
Follow up timely payments of the onboarded accounts
Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio
Acquire new customers through individual prospecting actions
Promote the new commercial offers
Answer to tenders in collaboration with the Direction and the purchasing service
Advise customers on the transport offers according to their needs and offer the most adapted solution
Transmit to the operational services the relevant business records specifying the
arrangements with customers and specific operational procedure
Exchange business information with the Bolloré Logistics network abroad
Transmit to the financial services the information required by the account opening procedures
Monitor the creditworthiness of customers / prospects in relation to financial services
Draft commercial contracts according to the regulations, if necessary, in cooperation with the Legal Service
Estimate the risks / losses from litigation in conjunction with the Financial & Legal Services
Collect debts under the legislation
Follow with the management the profitability of customer accounts
Establish the annual budget exercise in consultation with their line manager
Establish the business actions plan
Participate in internal meetings
Analyze own individual performance with the hierarchy to reach the set targets.
In charge of specific communication tasks (sponsoring, events…) and participate in
business promotion operations

- Collaborating with all levels of the organization on key opportunities
- Development and ownership of strategy and execution to achieve agreed growth targets · Conduct client visits and support via provision of market expertise and knowledge
- Gathering and distribution of relevant market intelligence to key stakeholders within Sea/Air freight operations and sales organizations
