Business Development Manager

This position requires strong business development experience combined with an understanding of enterprise technology, relationship building, and the ability to develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will help expand Meegaan Technologies’ presence in the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, generating qualified leads, and building a sustainable enterprise technology pipeline. You will work closely with clients, partners, and Meegaan’s technical team to understand business requirements and progress opportunities from initial engagement through to closure.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology organizations, and business partners
• Generate qualified leads and develop opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise technology solutions
• Engage with business and technology decision-makers to understand their requirements and challenges
• Conduct outbound business development through networking, LinkedIn, email, telephone, events, and other channels
• Arrange customer meetings, introductory discussions, and discovery sessions
• Work closely with Meegaan’s technical team to qualify opportunities and progress them toward proposals and closure
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales and opportunity pipeline
• Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and manage relationships throughout the business development cycle
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account development, preferably within the IT or technology services industry
• Strong understanding of the UAE business and enterprise technology market
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline
• Experience selling or developing business around enterprise software, CRM, ERP, cloud, digital transformation, or IT consulting services
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with business and technology decision-makers
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to develop the UAE market
• Existing UAE business or technology network is a strong advantage
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the broader Microsoft business applications ecosystem
• Experience working with enterprise customers or technology partners in the UAE or GCC
• Background in IT consulting, system integration, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation services
• Experience developing strategic partnerships or channel relationships

This is a business development and relationship-focused role, not a technical implementation position. Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 is not required. The successful candidate should be able to build relationships, open doors, identify genuine business opportunities, and work effectively with Meegaan’s technical team to convert those opportunities into business.
