What You'll Be Responsible For

• Build and grow Wio's Education portfolio across the UAE by acquiring new customers across nurseries, training centers and schools.
• Source and close new business and work directly with nursery owners, training centers, school operators, and other education businesses.
• Introduce customers to Wio's business banking and payment solutions, helping education businesses simplify collections, payments and day-to-day banking.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate a consistent pipeline of customers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Represent Wio at industry events and actively grow your network within the education sector.
• Provide market feedback to help shape future products and propositions for education customers.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Proven end-to-end closing: you sourced and signed the deals yourself.
• Established, current network across UAE nurseries, training centers and/or schools.
• Depth in one sub-sector valued over breadth.
• Comfortable building a territory and creating opportunities from scratch.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
