What you'll be doing

We are looking for an experienced fashion Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-led environment and enjoys combining commercial thinking with analytical decision-making. You will be responsible to:

• Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies across assigned product categories.

• Build commercially balanced assortments that reflect customer demand, market trends and business objectives.

• Manage the seasonal buying process, including assortment planning, SKU optimisation and buy planning.

• Analyse sales performance and market insights to make data-driven buying decisions.

• Work closely with international distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the buying process.

• Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and optimise inventory performance.

• Support buying activities across retail, e-commerce and marketplace channels.

• Travel seasonally to Switzerland for buying appointments and collection reviews.

• Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to maximise commercial performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum of 2 years as a Buyer within fashion retail, and 4 years overall experience in Buying.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to drive buying decisions.

• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of trends, customer preferences and assortment planning.

• Experience managing seasonal buying cycles and Open-to-Buy (OTB).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience within a fast-fashion or trend-led fashion retailer is highly preferred.

• Strong commercial judgement and decision-making skills.

• A proactive and accountable approach to work.

• Excellent organization and planning skills, with high attention to detail.

• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and international partners.

• Passion for product and understanding of the regional retail market.
