How You'll Make An Impact
- Responsible for driving Bio-Rad Clinical Diagnostic Group (CDG) product portfolio business through indirect and direct sales channels across Sub-Sahara Africa, delivering sustained revenue growth, market penetration, and partner excellence.
- Formulates sales strategy for CDG business in Sub-Sahara Africa, develops sales forecast, budget planning, supervises and trains channel partners to achieve sales targets and long terms business goals in alignment with Bio-Rads mission, vision and compliance.
- To drive excellent strategic and operational support to channel partners and customers, enabling business expansion, key account wins, and sustained growth through strong relationships.
- Proactively coaches and empowers channel partner teams as a high performing extended sales force to our organization ensuring strong capability, engagement, and revenue achievement through structured enablement programs.
- Actively involves in projects alongside our channel partners and builds direct relations with the end users to verify market requirements for future tactical planning and actions.
- Leading negotiations, pricing structure and discount framework across partners
- Responsible for optimizing our sales channel ecosystem by identifying new partners including NGOs to increase our coverage in the region, and help the existing ones to enhance their capabilities/skills to effectively position and support Bio-Rad solutions while delivering consistently superior customer experience across all accounts.
- To Ensure all business activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards with adherence to contractual and operational requirements
- Coordinates relations with Channel Partners and internal stakeholders to support regional growth initiatives and execution across the full commercial cycle, including order management, collections, service arrangements, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives/actions.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations in both English and French.
- Able to achieve results while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines within a matrix organization.
- Skilled negotiator, results-oriented, consistently exceeds targets, and communicates effectively at all organizational levels.
- Possesses strong industry knowledge regarding markets, products, and competition.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical science, with a minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare sector.
