- Sous Chef

- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Commis 1,2 & 3
- Prepare and present food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Assist with stock handling, inventory, and waste control.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support senior chefs in maintaining operational excellence and service standards.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent on the position applied for).
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
