Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3–6 years of site-based experience

to support ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in site

supervision, structural works, concrete casting activities, RFI management, and quality compliance.

The role requires hands-on site involvement, effective coordination with stakeholders, and

adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure civil and structural works comply with approved
  
  

drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate concrete casting activities for foundations, slabs, beams, columns,
  
  

and other structural elements.

• Review, prepare, and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) in coordination with the
  
  

Senior Structural Engineer.

• Maintain detailed site records including daily progress reports, inspection logs, material
  
  

tracking, and quality documentation.

• Support senior engineers in resolving technical issues and ensuring work progresses
  
  

according to the project schedule.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to address and
  
  

resolve site-related challenges.

• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably involving structural works.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, concrete casting procedures, and QA/QC processes.
• Experience in handling RFI processes and drafting clear technical responses.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents accurately.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation tools.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer on medium to
  
  

large-scale projects.

• Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction practices, local regulations, and approval processes.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures, quality control standards, and documentation
  
  

protocols.
