Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working on construction projects within RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) project experience considered a strong advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in the UAE and can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate material approvals, inspections, and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of civil engineering experience in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
• Hands-on experience with RAKEZ projects is a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of UAE construction practices, local regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately (within 5 days) will be given preference.

• Proven experience managing construction site activities from start to completion.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
