Al Saqer Property Management is a real estate arm of United Al Saqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manage and lease properties in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers.

We are looking for a skilled Civil Foreman who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works across buildings and facilities. The role ensures that structural, masonry, carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks are executed according to safety, quality, and company standards, while managing teams of technicians and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead civil maintenance teams in carrying out daily repair, refurbishment, and improvement works.
• Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry, and painting activities across facilities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to standards, drawings, and maintenance plans.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls, and external areas.
• Inspect facilities to identify defects such as cracks, leaks, and structural wear.
• Ensure corrective maintenance and repair works are completed promptly and efficiently
• Follow up on required maintenance works for existing buildings and submit periodic maintenance status reports.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all civil activities meet company quality and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials based on daily maintenance requirements.
  
  

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of building structures, finishing works, and civil repair techniques.
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
