About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer to ensure that all structures designed and deployed meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and safety standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing soil reports, validating foundation designs, performing structural analysis, and conducting wind-load calculations across a range of infrastructure projects, including telecom towers, masts, and containerised systems.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse soil investigation reports and assess ground conditions
• Design and validate foundation systems for various structures
• Perform structural analysis and simulations
• Develop wind-load calculations for towers, masts, and support structures
• Design metal support structures and evaluate load-bearing components (beams, rafters, etc.)
• Generate structural reports and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and engineering validation processes
• Contribute to both project delivery and R&D/prototyping
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering with a construction background
• Strong expertise in foundation design, structural analysis, and wind-load calculations
• Experience with telecom towers, rooftop installations, radar systems, or containerised structures
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD 3D, SAP2000, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis
• Ability to interpret soil reports and apply soil mechanics principles
• Experience with metal structures, structural loading, and beam analysis
• Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit or Maximo) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
