• Responsible for managing customs clearance documentation while supporting sales and customer service functions to ensure smooth and compliant transaction processes.
• This role plays a critical part in coordinating between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• The position involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting clearance documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• The coordinator ensures timely clearance of shipments by working closely with agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities while maintaining full compliance with import/export regulations.
• In addition to documentation duties, the role supports sales activities by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator also monitors shipment progress, resolves issues, and ensures timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for supporting sales activities within the logistics and supply chain function while ensuring efficient coordination of shipments and customer service operations. This role acts as a vital link between clients, sales teams, and logistics operations to deliver seamless transportation and supply chain solutions.
• The coordinator assists in generating sales by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. They also coordinate shipment schedules, track deliveries, and liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics services.
