About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk – Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk – Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Support payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Verify and reconcile payroll data (attendance, overtime, and adjustments)
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely salary, bonus, and compensation payments
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing, audits, and payroll-related financial schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, UAE regulations, and collaborate with HR and stakeholders for smooth payroll operations
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification required; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll management, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, systems, and best practices
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
