The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Client Advisor, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.
• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective company sales techniques, product demonstrations and upselling.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the local team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and store policies to ensure the store environment is safe for customers and staff.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarity with emergency procedures and protocols.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve our products and services.
• Additional Duties: Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
• Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other required documentation.
  
  

The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Must be capable of lifting objects that weigh 25-29 pounds (continuous heavy lifting due to cast iron products).
• Ability to speak Arabic.
• Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work retail trading hours.
