  • Handle client inquiries and requests across channels
  • Give accurate info and troubleshoot client issues
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent service
  • Work with internal teams on escalated issues

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-facing or support experience preferred
  • Comfortable with support/ticketing software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently remotely
