Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

As a Coffee Host, you will provide traditional Arabic hospitality by welcoming guests and serving Arabic coffee and refreshments in a professional manner. You will ensure guests experience warm, attentive, and culturally respectful service in line with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve Arabic coffee, dates, and refreshments to guests and visitors.
  • Welcome guests warmly and maintain high standards of traditional hospitality and etiquette.
  • Ensure the coffee service area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Support VIP visits, meetings, and special events with professional beverage service.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards while representing the organization professionally.

About You

  • Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee service and hospitality customs.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language.
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact confidently with VIP guests and senior management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and special events when required.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
